eBay integration with Ubercart or eCommerce?

Hi All,

Does anyone know if a tool exists that can integrate Ubercart or eCommerce with the eBay API?

This listing tool would push out product to eBay, auto-relist, auto-emails, auto-feedback etc -- functioning like an Auctiva, Vendio or Channeladvisor.

If not, how do sellers manage inventory who use Ubercart / eCommerce on a Drupal site and sell on multiple channels (eBay & Amazon) without the aide of one of the aforementioned tools?
