It's really annoing to see old data in tagadelic if you, for example, removing the node and all of it's tags are leaving in the tagadelic block.

I've made a patch, which is refreshing tagadelic cache when you are inserting, updating or deleting a node. Please, review.

Found the #231030: Tags not updated in Tagadelic. The reassons are trully right, so closing this issues by myself.
