accountant module

Hi

I am looking towards, some accountant module like spread sheet,

am doing the small site , for x company , they want to maintain the daily/monthly/year expenditure earning and all details (like msexcel)

Is there any module satisfy the above criteria,

and one more thing is there any module for connect the MSEXCEL TO MYSQL / MYSQL TO MSEXCEL
