This bug is caused by settings data are stored as a serialized array in variable table. This is because settings form has tree-structure. I don't think that is necessary. So i remove the tree-structure and also change names of 2 options:
swfoa_version --> swfoa_settings_version
swfoa_express --> swfoa_settings_express
