Please change the readme to have a sensible right margin.
Opening it in notepad gives a bunch of long lines stuck together. Opening it in Wordpad shows a line length of about 150 chars (guesstimating). Since .txt usually opens in notepad for Windows users, just try and keep it simple please.

I've made this change in both my personal repositories of the dme - I'm not sure when I may make a release of the Drupal 5 version of the dme right now, so I'm attaching the changed file.
