Don't strip out the Body and other content

Description
The slider version 1.1 would strip out all other content from the node. So if you had a body, this would be removed. Now it only strips out the field_slider_content section from being displayed.
It also now sets the weight of the slider portion of the content to -10 so it floats above the rest of the node's content.
