Can't upload photos using YUI Rich Tech Editor

Description
When logged in as the default admin in Drupal, I am able to see the upload box and "browse" button on the image insert dialog box and I can browse for a file and insert it into my page.
However, when I am logged in as any user role other than the default admin, the upload box and "browse" button is not available. The image insert is available, but I can only enter a url and can not browse and upload a file. This is the case even when I am logged in with a user role that has all permissions on.
Please help!

I'm also having this problem. jillibean, did you ever find a solution to this?

I found a work around, if your still having trouble with this.
If you enable the upload module, and assign permissions to the non-admin user they will be able to upload images via YUI. However this means that the user can also attach files to the content. This may or may not be acceptable in your site environment.

I have YUI also and have been trying to figure out how i make a browse button so that when i click the image icon in YUI, i dont have to type out the path but instead can simply browse to the image i want. so i have YUI installed and working and having read this post i now enabled the upload module and and set permissions but still the button doesnt appear in YUI. i must be overlooking somthing. Have you any suggestions?
