Remove leaf, expanded and collapsed classes when only one menu level is shown

See description; currently when the "Show submenus in block 1" is unchecked, menu items are currently rendered with pointless 'leaf,' 'expanded,' and 'collapsed' classes. These should be removable by admins (another checkbox).
