I would like databases accessible from scratch.drupal.org for association-beta and api-beta for 6.x upgrades. I can probably do the Apache setup, but it would be great if that can be done too.

And the DNS needs to be set up for those two, I do not have access to do that.

Ok, I've created DNS CNAMES for d6-api.drupal.org and d6-association.drupal.org. The webroots are /var/www/d6-api.drupal.org and /var/www/d6-association.drupal.org on scratchvm. The passwords for the db are in 'passwd" in each webroot. Let me know if you need anything else.
