Using Drupal 6.8 to install again ( 6.6, 6.7, 6.8 -- 3 times) got the same error???

I have researched WCMS on line, Drupal seems was a nice one to try…but in the real world, it is other story. Very poor instruction of installation; few dyas passed without any responses just for installing...

It spent my time with disappointment just for installation! Now I realized it’s time to get away from here.
