image link incorrect after site migration

I copied my site from a local server to a dev server. I'm using Asset with Imagecache and Lightbox. The links around images are all missing 'files/'
href="/netmusic/digitised_wave.gif"
instead of
e.g. href="/files/netmusic/digitised_wave.gif"
until I add a new asset to the node, then all the links in that node are correct.

I couldn't see an asset cache in the database to flush - is there something I can rinse so that these links get created properly?
