I'd like to know whether drupal has such kind of alert system module for existing data or not.
What I mean is we have data already in the database but if someone doesn't know and input the same data and that alert system will automatically respond the data already exist.
If anyone has an idea, please advise me.

Check out the Unique Field module, it sounds like it will do what you are after.

Thank you so much for your quick response. But I'm using old version 4.6 and because of our org. policy and other restrictions, I can't upgrade to higher version.So do you have an idea for version 4.6?
I really need it. Thanks again for your kind advice.
