6.x-2.1 version of Indic Script module.

Change log:

The Indic Script Block is gone. It will now use hook_footer to render the Type Method selector.
page specific & field specific settings are in admin/settings/indic_script.
Storing user's data to variable is expensive as drupal loads it on every page requests & it will impact on performance. Now we used the cookie to store the user's last selection of typing method instead of Variable dump.
