Protocol: IMAP
Server: imap.gmail.com
Port: 993
Secure login: on
Encrypt session using SSL: on
login ID: additional fields in user's account

But it keeps saying that no login ID has been configured in the logs.

Any idea what can be causing the problem?

This version of Checkmail is not supported anymore. The issue is closed for this reason.
Please upgrade to a supported version and feel free to reopen the issue on the new version if applicable.
