For Drupal 6.8 and forum module.
Title of forums "Forums" that located at "/forum" is not translating to other languages.
Drupal displays it only english language.

Same problem in "/node/add" body section "Split summary at cursor" button. Button title can not be translated to another language than english.

This install profile is just an empty placeholder. How could you possibly have used it to find a bug when there's nothing there to use?
