I'm unsing path based language detection and now the redirection loop I have had with 1.3-1 on the homepage is moved to all admin pages.

I'm using IIS with ISAPI 3.x. Maybe again the always forgotten #166095: IIS <=6 with ISAPI_ Rewrite & clean_url ends with endless loop and that the module tries to depend on variables that do not exist on non-Apache servers.
