When preview not mandatory - Ajax creating secondary Submit button

It's a little weird, because there is a theck if submit button is already there, but could you please:
1. Disable the module.
2. Go to comment page, write comment and preview it.
3. Open the page's source and find there your form. Paste this code here.

I need form which has native submit button.

Just disable Mandatory Preview in "Content Types" from Administration and You`ll see it anywhere in Drupal
or You can do that at http://my.ukrweb.info

Yes, this also can be done, but I've really made a support of Mandatory Preview and just wondering why it's not work for you.

My comments form do not modified via any phptemplate based template file so it is like in default drupal 6.x version.
If You really want I can upload for You my config for testing
