Duplicate entry on converting content which belongs to book.

Description
When I try to convert 'page' type to 'book page' it writes this:
user warning: Duplicate entry '384' for key 2 query: INSERT INTO book (nid, mlid, bid) VALUES (384, 2832, 18) in /drupal-site/sites/all/modules/node_convert/node_convert.module on line 564.
