Invalid argument supplied foreach

If you visit the edit Alinks tab before having added any links you get this error:

warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/transl5/public_html/pixelclever.com/sites/all/modules/alinks/alinks.module on line 434.

It seems to me that there needs to be a conditional check to see if there is information for the foreach to process before outputing the table and form.
