I remember I can use admin_menu to switch user (in the top right corner), i.e. change my account to admin account, but I found it doesn't work now. But I have no idea how to check it. I tried to uninstall/install, clear the cache, disable CSS/javascript aggregator, but still got the same problem. Any suggestion? thanks.

sunInstall Devel module and ensure your user has the "switch user" permission?

dennys commentedThanks, it works now. But I need to enable "Display all menu items". If I didn't enable it, even I login as admin account or I enable "switch users" of devel, I still cannot switch users. I'm using devel 6.x-1.12.

sunJust curious, what is "Display all menu items" ?
dennys commented"Display all menu items" is an option of devel module, you can see it from http://example.com/admin/settings/devel and it's in Administration Menu settings section.
sunYou should not enable this setting. It means that every user having access to admin menu can access all menu items. The setting exists for development purposes only.
Aside from that, I have no idea why the switch user list could not show up. You might have to clear your site's cache.

theemstra commentedAfter you did the things you need did to do, uinstall or disable devel!

sunThis is a support request as long as the cause for this behavior has not been identified. If at all, I think this issue is caused by another module.
