The Administration theme , I set as Garland.

The Default theme , I set as Pushbutton.
I register a user "peter" , and let it only can create forum .
peter login it , the theme is Pushbutton, that is correct.
but when he create forum , go url: node/add , the current the change to Garland. why?
It is not my hope, I want peter use Pushbutton theme always , the Garland only admin view.
How can I change it ?

Under the administration
Under the administration theme setting, there should be a checkbox saying something like: "Use the administration theme for content editing". Make sure this is unchecked if you want the Pushbutton theme to be used for content editing.
