Snapshot including files.

I see there are a couple of other requests to support including files in the backup. But I have the same desire.
In fact I have a need for it, which I think fits closely with the concept of Backup and Migrate.

The idea is to take "snapshots" of the site which would include a database dump, and any files added or changed since a specific date. (logically since the last snapshot)

I'm actually looking for someone to hire to create a module with that patch functionality, and would like to offer to pay you to add that feature to this module. I've attached a PDF with details of what I'm looking for. If the module developers would consider such a thing then please let me know. Or if not, any recommendations are also welcome. If I do get it built by myself or others I'll offer back whatever I come up with.
