emfield multi-field field required issues

Looks like there's an issue when you set the field to required and allow the cck field to be multiple entry. All multiple entry fields are required instead of just the first. The problem arises after you've created the node (and entered the required item), then go back to edit something. Now you'll have an additional, empty emfield field that is required, making it impossible to edit a field without entering an additional item.

Attached patch fixes this.
