I'm looking to set up a publishing type workflow (with the workflow module) where an author creates content and then an editor approves the article for publishing, but I don't know how to implement one aspect - once the editor approves an article the author shouldn't be allowed to change it anymore. The editor would have to unpublish and unapprove it before the author can make updates. Any ideas how to implement this?

Thanks
Steve

Off the top my head Steve that particular case can not be done, but things may have changed since I last heavily worked with the module. Check the issue cue or put in a support request in that modules, other users of the module can put eyes on your question and help out.

If you really wanted, you could disable user permissions, edit own 'content-type'. So once its submitted its locked. Though that may affect how drafts are created...

Where theres a will, theres a way.
