Help finding a Business Directory Module for Drupal

There isn't a dedicated "business directory" module but there are certainly a few "recipes" for building directories. Have you seen the Business Directory group at groups.drupal.org?

As christefano allready stated there is no specific module to build a bussiness directory.
To be more precise there is no module to build a directory site exactly the way you want, and of course there is nowhere to search for a ready solution.
Seems you have to do some work to do what you want to do.
If there was a module to support your request this module could be complex enough to learn manage and administer.

So what is the solution then ?
Because this is may project now i think i will use a lot of modules to create my bussiness directory site. Fortunately taxonomy module is build in drupal.
I will also use cck and image field to have the ability for images.
Not to forget the powerfull views module to creat various listings and displays of my users pages...
And so on...
But first you have to learn (including me) more about drupal fuctionality and philosophy. Be sure it's worth.

When my project is up and running i'll make a showcase.
