I'm not clear if the Value field supports Token?

This would be invaluable in constructing values from 1/more tokens, in addition to other operations.
Pseudo-code Example: "Last Reviewed by" & [Reviewer:Initials] & " "& [Reviewer:Surname]

You should be able to use Tokens. I haven't tested it out, but I believe it comes with Workflow-NG actions in general.
