Issue Summary

On multilingual sites, Similar By Terms should only return nodes in the current or any (unassigned) language.

Patch is against 6.x-1.10, but should apply cleanly against CVS.

5 Doesn't have an Lang so can't be used. Will be in 6.x-1.11
