is there any substitute for the sugnature module?

seems like its a grate module letting create a signature on the register setup.
I am looking for a way to do so in drupal 6.
exm. I want in each article a user publish to view his signature at the buttom.

There is the http://drupal.org/project/signature_forum module, definitely more active than the signature module.

I am looking for a way to add links, headlines, maybe allowing the use of fckeditor to input picture.
