I've enabled the custom_pagers module, and done what I thought was the right configuration, but I'm not seeing any output. The basic config page for the custom_pagers module seems straightforward, which makes me wonder if I've set up my view incorrectly.
On the config page for CP: they're set to appear both above and below the node body, for nodes of type blog. I'm not using any PHP snippets to determine visibility, just a view. Here's the rundown of the view I'm using. Preview generates a plain list of nids, so it seems I'm at least part of the way there. Have I missed a piece of the puzzle here?

Edit: it worked for me as I renamed the custom pager to a machine-friendly name.
