Git repository including submodules

Issue Summary

FYI, we're trying to take the alba installation profile and modules and run with it.

i've added the imc alba modules, and fckeditor (and the fckeditor third party download), so right now it's a slightly more convenient download, but expect it to be a moving target as it is tweaked to get boston indymedia going.
