I've recently created a module that extends Drupal authentication by introducing Radius Authentication. I'm using it for RSA Two-Factor authentication. It's roughly based off of the LDAP Authentication module. Before I contribute the module, I wanted to see if there was any interest in such a module.

I took the LDAP module and for the most part changed all the references to say RADIUS, so some of it doesn't make any sense. But I needed something asap and this works for me.

When configuring the settings and adding a server, put the radius secret key in the field where it says Bind Password.

I used the 6.x version. I don't think it will work with 5.x.

Sorry for the extremely overdue response. The good news is that I've recently made several changes to the module. Plus it's now working on Drupal 6. Please, if anyone is still interested I promise to respond right away.

We are new to drupal and is looking at implementing our SMS PASSCODE two-factor authentication via SMS solution into our drupal site. Your module looks perfect for that. Does it support the radius challenge/response feature? Thanks in advance.
