Paypal integration?

I'm wanting to create a site where I have 3 different variations for user roles bronze, silver, gold

the bronze will be just a regular user with no recurring subscription charge, the silver and gold will have different role permissions and different recurring charges

I found the lm_paypal module but was wondering if anybody else was doing this as well?

any suggestions?
