This is not a bug but I've spent a liitle bit of time to find the solution of this problem. I've translated 'Delete selected nodes' into my language. After that, I had noticed that submit button had no label. Solution is easy, but not described in documentation. Everyone, who translate (or change) label, should again edit his Bulk Operation Style view and change setting for this style with new, translated label of 'Selected operations'.

OK. I use Views 2.x. I have view 'Content Browser'. Before translation, I set some settings inside this view - 'Basic settings/Style: Bulk operations' and click a little, near cogwheel icon ('Change settings for this style') to set checkbox 'Delete selected nodes' in 'Selected operations' section. After I've translated 'Delete selected nodes' to 'Usuń zaznaczone segmenty', I had to repeat it once more since previously selected checkbox 'Delete selected nodes' disappeared and another, named 'Usuń zaznaczone segmenty' was appeared.

I think I understand what happened and I fixed it. Can you please test by changing the translation and seeing what happens? You'll have to wait 12 hours until Drupal.org refreshes the dev release.
