I have Attach Images enabled for Blogs. Adding an image creates an unpublished image node which is great.
But if a user goes back and changes the picture on their blog it leaves the old unpublished image node and adds a new image node. I have some users doing this more than once so I have many unpublished nodes that I have to figure out which ones are used and which ones are not.

Since only one image can be attached to a node, can there be an option added so previous image node that is attach is deleted when a new image is attached?
