Would you have a timeline for Drupal 6?

Also, could audio recording be incorporated? I believe it is possible with red5.

Also, could it be enabled for commenting like Riffly module?

Audio recording is a bit of a nightmare with Flash because of the propietary codec used in Flash. In the Flash Player version 10, finally it is possible to use an open source codec (Spreex?) so there is some chance this could happen, but I wouldn't hold your breathe...

I'm wrong audio recording is relatively easy, I just set it up for my test bed site. Do some internet searches for Red5 Audio recording, and eventually you will find some very nice resources that explain how to do this.

What is not easy is encoding the audio as anything other than FLV. However since FLV is extremely useful for presentation on the web, maybe there is no reason to convert the flv file.
