Streaming online tv - which module?

I have read up on most or all media modules for drupal 6 and i am stuck: need help.

Let me first make clear that what i am looking for is NOT:
- video on demand like youtube or google etc
- video's uploaded elsewhere or my own site to stream or the like

I am looking for a module that can be used to embed live streaming internet TV.
So for all clarity:
- the stream is live and not started by a module
- module is able to recognize that it is a live stream and not pop up into e.g. media player without asking

Any help is really appreciated.
