Issue Summary
When I installed the Taxonomy Redirect module everything worked perfectly, but it severely lagged my administration panel.
When I disabled the module, the administration panel went back to normal speed.
Does anyone have experience with this problem? I cannot figure out why it would lag so much. I installed the module to sites/all/modules/taxonomy_redirect
Am I missing a step here?

You should not have to do anything except install the module.
Are you referring to the www.yoursite.com/admin page?
I have not experienced any lag on any admin pages with any of the D5 or D6 versions and I am unable to reproduce this now.
Has anyone else experienced this?
