where is it possible to post some documentation ?

i think that the "readme" file should only contain :
- system requirements
- basic install options
- author links

what do you think that is the best ?
- create a "help file" ?
- add the documentation in the "readme" file ?
- create a page on the drupal site ?
- something else ?

The README.txt is where it should be, with a summary of it on the project page.

You can also add it to the handbook, for example, http://drupal.org/handbook/modules/userpoints

Removed the credits from the handbook page and the open in new age links.
