I had two profiles running with beta1 and player v4.x. Both with custom skins and jw_player plug-in's.
With beta2, I am able to show the players and play the movies but:
- custom skin and plugins doesn't work in the player. In fact any external settings nor embedded player option.
- Deleting profiles doesn't work
- Everytime I try to create a new profile, I get an error saying that this profile already exist.

Fix is in CVS, bad validation due to regression. Thanks for the catch.

I was having the same problems as jcmarco above. I applied the CVS and the "profile already exists" issue is fixed, however I still can't delete profiles.
I'm unsure if this is related, but I also get a "Sorry, you need to install flash to see this content." message, even if I change the No Flash Display to something else.
Again I'm unsure if this is related, but I can't get the player to work at all. I am attempting to get this to work with the xspf module. Here is a sample I've set up on a fresh drupal installation. I can post this in a separate issue if needed.

I've reverted to an older version (5.x-0.11), and currently have that working.

Beta 3 is out. I'm not able to replicate the profile exists issue- can you check your logs and see if there are any sql issues around that?

Having similar problems with Drupal 6 beta 3. Cannot delete or change profiles. Cannot change the path to the player.swf file.

I got almost same problem. I can't delete profile. I can't change the height and width of the player and i can't get the playlist above or on the right.
Does someone have any solution for this ?

@mustardman- Can you uninstall the module and reinstall it? I'm wondering if there are some legacy settings that are preventing you from being able to save the configuration. This is not happening for me on my test machine, so I'm trying to figure out why.

The profiles work for me, but the skin, plugins, and embed code do not work.
Drupal 6.10 using the latest version of flvmediaplayer.
