I'm now using STORM to open tickets for our customer.
I would like to be able to give ticket number to our clients, have a way to display clearly the ticket number and well as have a way to quickly search for a ticket number.

Every thicket is a node and has already an unique id, the nid.
I could add it to the view and make a search field for it.

I guess node ID is fine. We just need to display it since we want to reference this number in our communications with our clients.
So if you can add it to the view (read only) and make it searchable!
I guess we could also add IDs to Projects as well.

This is now achievable using views.
