I'm trying to create the "Tao" zen subtheme described in Packt Publishing's "Drupal 6 Themes." I've copied the code verbatim, but the result is not correct. At every instance the problem seems to be interference from html-elements.css.

What is the purpose of html-elements.css? How do I disable it without hacking Zen core? Since I'm unhappy with the instructions Packt is giving me, where can I find another tutorial on how to create Zen subthemes?
