Upgrade Block Assign to Drupal 6

I can sponsor an upgrade of the block assign module :http://drupal.org/project/block_assign
Existing data must be upgraded.
Budget right now is just $50, but can increase.

You can upgrade through the normal community procedures.
Must give reasonable support to me.

If an upgrade is not sensible, the money can also go to explaining why or providing an alternate path. (etc)
