Audio attach field is listed in "manage fields" but does not actually display during node creation

Issue Summary

How do you use audio attach?

I enabled the module, now what? I don't see anything in other content type configurations that says audio attach. Can someone fill me in please?

From other threads, it seems as if the port from 5.x isn't complete. As such, they probably don't want to provide a "guide" until it is ready for people to consume.

Audio module has been completely abandoned for a long time now, this post is even a year and a half old.
