Issue #937462 by RasputinJones, l33tdawg, quicksketch, exratione, sitekick: Port Legal module to drupal7.
Tested main functionality by hand as well as running tests. All working except Views integration throws some errors and some views data incomplete.
Ready for production sites, ignore Views data for the moment.
