Too Stupid to get it to work

Been having a problem and haven't been able to find anything when searching the forums. I'm new to Drupal, and just beginning to getting it setup the way I want it.

Is there any documentation on how to use ticketyboo properly? Something like "Ticketyboo for people who have no clue")
Do I need too create a .css for it to get it to scroll or should it do that automatically?
and last of all, do I have to add nodes, or can I just use the text block?

Sorry if this is the wrong spot for this, but I'm not sure where I should post this in the Forums either.
