Hey all,

So, I've got a distinct group of secondary links for each one of my primary links. My problem is that I need the landing page for each primary link to be one of the secondary links. So for example the primary link "portfolio" has "web" "print" "packaging" as its secondary links. But when you click on portfolio you should be taken to web so that both portfolio and web show up as highlighted (active).

How do I do this?

thanks a whole bunch!

Fernando

Need some clarification

Are you saying that, when browsing a page in the secondary links, the primary link is still set to active?

Perhaps a link to a site that demonstrates similar functionality would be helpful.

Corey,

thanks for the reply. I explain below how i accomplished this. The idea was that the first of my secondary links was ALSO the current primary link. So in other words if services has web, print, knitting, caligraphy as its secondary links and clicking on services DOSENT take you to a page called "services" page but to the web secondary link page.

So i accomplished it simply by linking to the "web" node from both the services and web menu links (services being a primary link and web being a secondary link). For some reason I assumed that I wouldnt be allowed to link to the same node from two different menu items so I began trying other more complicated methods. Alas I went back and revisited the most obvious solution and it worked.

Thanks for the reply!
