drake help needed asap!

Hi i have a gaming site (u g p l a y . c o m) and everything is running find on the site but when you click on a game it takes forever to load.....and also when i go to mysite.com/drake it says drake is not found on this server even though it is installed. Is this suppose to happen? let me know asap please thanks!
