views page title not updating when argument supplied

Issue Summary

Hi
I have managed to get views working with taxonomy menu and the view is clearly receiving arguments as the view displays correct nodes associated to taxomy term selected in the menu..........my problem is that the page title will not change to what i specify in the views arguments title section eg.

In menu i have taxonomy term technology (path is category/4) as link which passes vocab id=4 as an argument ie category/[vid] - VIEWS takes this argument as argument 1.
In views i add in arguments title field "latest %1 news"

Problem is the page title simply reads "technology" ie views arguments title condition has not ammended the title as expected.

is this because the taxonomy menu module is overiding the views page title field somehow??

Any help on this greatly appreciated as this is the only little thing that is bugging me - otherwise superb module!
