Since i update to drupal 6.8 captha image is not working --> displaying NO image,
tried out the text version ---> typing the exact text gives anythime an error after save ...doesn't match the captcha text

rudiger, what other modules are you running on your system? Are you getting any PHP errors? Can you post a screenshot of the problem? You mention an error, what is it?

Yesterday, I released a first beta of CAPTCHA 6.x-2.x, which should solve a lot of problems with the 6.x-1.x branch.
Can you try if this version solves your problem?
