Token support only provides the first value in a multiple value email field. After seeing this: #156860: Support for multiple entry fields and field groups in CCK token I decided to apply it to here. Attached is my patch. It's my first patch, so I'm not sure if it is correct.

The patch does make sense to me, although I did not apply it.

Any chance that this will be reviewed & checked in one day?

Just a question, but if I add 2 email addresses separated by a comma in a single email field, wouldn't this circumvent the reported problem?
